MAPS Physical Therapy LLC is a Medicaid approved provider for DDD (the Division of Developmental Disabilities) in the State of New Jersey. We are highly committed in providing Physical and Occupational Therapy services to individuals who are 21 years and above with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
We offer physical and occupational therapy habilitation to IDD individuals to maximize their overall function and potential to lead a healthier and independent life.
